Library Lady says: Finish your Summary questions? Does this mean school's out? No way! It can't be over. But I was so nervous about starting Betty Blogger, and now you're telling me it's over?! No... This can't be! You're pulling my leg, right? Seriously?
Yup. I'm serious.
Wow. I can't believe I'm officially trained in web 2.0 technology...
*stands a bit taller*
...Feels kinda good, actually.
It's true. You're officially a Betty Blogger: A recipe for Web 2.0 graduate! Give yourself a hand!
*sniff* I feel like I should make a speech or something...
Woah. Please. Before you get all "blog-a-riffic" on me, I should probably warn you: Betty Blogger isn't completely over...
What? Pfft. I knew you were teasing... I just knew there had to be some huge complicated, multiple choice, "choose the best answer"-type test at the end of this...
*wringing hands*
I'm not good with tests...
No, no, no... It's nothing like that. I'm just hoping to ask for your help with some of that all important feedback!
Your Task
To complete the FINAL Betty Blogger assignment (and I promise, I do mean final):
1. Go to your blog and write a new post. Take a minute or two to summarize your experiences with the Betty Blogger summer school. Please answer the following questions:
- After taking the Betty Blogger summer school, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being "web 2.huh?" and 10 being "web 2.guru"), how would you rate your knowledge of Web 2.0 and it's applications?
- Did the Betty Blogger summer school meet your expectations?
- Did the Library Lady meet your expectations?
- What was most challenging part of the Betty Blogger summer school? Why?
- How successful did you find the “self-directed” learning model?
- If we ran this program again, would you recommend us to a friend?
That's it? Pfft... I can do that...
Yup, that's it!
And now it's my turn to give you some feedback: thank you for being part of Burlington Public Library's "Fourth Season" of the Betty Blogger summer school. Your enthusiasm and dedication to life long learning is inspiring. The hard work and effort you put into your tasks has made my job easy. Consider this your online pat-on-the-back for being so gosh darn s-m-a-r-t!
Now, get out of here, Little Ones! Go forth and be Web 2.0 savvy! Or in the words of Porky Pig:
